Waitlist Guidelines

While we strive to get you an appointment within 2 weeks, there are instances when this is not possible due to limited hours of availability or the need for specific clinical expertise. If you have not heard from us again after initially submitting your forms on the portal, we recommend calling our office at the beginning of each calendar month to update your continuing interest and confirm or add to your availability. Doing so moves your priority up into the active month’s list.
