My name is Adi and I am an English-Spanish bilingual psychotherapist in the state of California, LMFT #126464. I’ve had the honor to continue to hone my skills and enhance my professional experience by working alongside clients who have faced difficulties navigating addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma. While I have been able and entrusted to provide services through various roles, my love for holding a non-judgmental, safe space to assist in self-discovery and growth found a home in the psychotherapy profession. A wealth of experience and curiosity for life has provided me with an ability to understand events that affect most people on their life journey and engage clients non-judgmentally and with compassion. Knowing that there is not a one-size-fits-all model has allowed me to listen in depth to the needs of those I serve and has taught me that while I do not have the answer to everything, together we can find answers that are aligned with your values and needs. I have a passion for empowering each person to take control of their emotional healing and find their life path, honoring who they are, who they have been, and whom they are yet to become along the way.
